Update: It is currently only open for our existing customers who bought a 58mm to 49mm step-down basket. For all other customers, a 2-week queue time applies after production has started.

Sep 19/2025 Production has been completed, and shipping to the freight forwarder will begin next week

Sep 22/2025 The first two batches have been shipped out to the freight forwarder. Any order made after September 22 will be fulfilled after October 8. 

We only collect shipping fees after production is complete, as our clients are from all parts of the world and we offer two shipping variants. It is too complicated to include the details in the checkout process. 

Please contact us for the latest shipping quotes as deposits are non-refundable.

⭐All sales are final. Orders are non-refundable except in cases where products arrive damaged. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. Our studio reserves the right to request photo evidence of any damage before approving a replacement or refund. Refunds will not be issued for reasons of buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or any circumstances outside of confirmed product damage upon receipt.
